Baby Jesus Paper Boy – S/T

The label “psychedelic” may be tossed around too often for it to mean much, but this record certainly gives a nod to the grand tradition of rock that doesn’t care much for boundaries. The songs here can vary from acoustic-driven to winding jam-oriented numbers, each with at least a few surprises to keep you hooked. The vocals and guitar feel positively drenched in chorus, which add to the overall “far-out-ness” for this listener. It’s a good time, and you like having fun, don’t you?
