There’s a lot going on here. Maybe this is an experimental goth-punk album? Maybe it’s a weird electro trip that detoured into the decent parts of numetal. No Longer Human starts with a nice bass line and a vibe reminiscent of The Cramps or Misfits then it detours into some electronic noise and screeches. This album feels like someone making their honest musical statement. The music is full of risks, and likely some turns that will tune people out. That’s why I love it! Indianapolis might be the spot to be for new punk sounds !
